Shavla or rice porridge with meat

Meat cut into small pieces and fry in ghee. Then add the chopped onion, finely diced carrots and rice, salt and pepper, pour 1 cup of water and cook covered for over a low heat for about 20 minutes.
  Cooked cereal out onto a plate and sprinkle with chopped coriander.

Ingredients: rice - 0.5 cups, lamb meat - 100 g carrots - 1 pc., Onion - 1 pc., Ghee - 200 g green cilantro - a few sprigs, black pepper, salt to taste.
Moshkichiri or porridge made of mung bean and rice with meat in Uzbek

Mash pour boiling water, bring to a boil and cook for 45 minutes. Then add the rice, salt, pepper, and keep the heat for 15 minutes.
Meat cut into small pieces, chop the onions and fry them in oil, then add the tomato paste and 0.5 cups of water and simmer for 30 minutes.
Cooked cereal lay heaped on a platter and pour the milk, and put the meat on top.

Ingredients: mash - 2 tbsp. l., rice - 0.5 cups, lamb - 100 g onion - 1 pc., milk - 2 tbsp. l., vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l., tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l., black pepper, salt to taste.


Yahna-Barr virus, or boiled lamb 

1937741201_6Lamb carcass completely cover with cold water, add grape vinegar and leave for 1 hour. Then cut it into portions, pour boiling water and cook for 30 minutes, then add the sliced carrots, bay leaf, pepper, salt and keep on low heat for 30 minutes.
Finished pieces of meat with carrots out onto a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Ingredients: lamb carcass - 1 pc. Carrots - 1.5 kg, grape vinegar - 4 tbsp. l., bay leaf - 4-6 pc., Black Pepper - 2.5 tbsp. l., parsley - 2 bunches, salt to taste.


Barra gusht or boiled mutton 


1937747601_6 Boil the meat, adding salt, pepper and ground saffron. Then cut into portions, rub crushed garlic, drizzle with vinegar, put on a platter and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.

Ingredients: Mutton - 500 g Garlic - 2 cloves, grape vinegar - 1 tsp., Green onions - 1 bunch, ground turmeric - a pinch, black pepper, salt to taste.
